“ First time dining at Viet Pho and we are thoroughly impressed!! The steamed dumplings and beef jerky for starters were fantastic. Very flavorful and quick arrival time. We both got a bowl of pho and their broth is wonderful! I’m not one to finish a whole bowl and I actually ate the whole thing! The small was perfect for me. My partner got the large size and crushed it. To finish us off we got the mango sticky rice, which just like everything else was exceptional. Very happy to have found this place. We will be back!! Restaurant was calm and clean, service was kind. Great prices too. Check ‘‘em out! ”
“ One of so many things I love about Viet Pho is they never use msg (msg is bad for you, google it). If you want to find authentically delicious, fresh, comfort food, this is your place!. We had a beef brisket noodles, Pad Thai, and Tom Yum Soup. They're all sooo good and hit the spot in this snowy weather. I took home the dessert Mango and sweet rice, simple flavor but Oh My Gosh! It made my palate better! Our waiter Hayden / "Han" pronounced "Hai" like hello was very attentive, friendly, and he made sure that we are taken care of. We will definitely come back here everyday when we are in town. Good and clean atmosphere. ”
“ Great food! I really enjoyed their twist on a typical rice bowl where they replace the rice with a salad and top it with a nice layer of grilled meat. Their smoothies are a bit on the sweet side for my taste, but the fruit flavors are excellent. I had Lychee my first meal there and Passionfruit the next time. Staff is courteous and quick. ”
“ We’ve come here a couple times when we’re on this side of town. Place is typically busy, but not in a “service is slow” type of way. The folks here move with a sense of purpose. I’d recommend the Tom Yum Soup since it was a first for us, last time. In short, service is great and food is even better. 10/10 would recommend. Today we’d ordered Vietnamese Pork EggRoll, Viet Pho Fried Rice with Chicken (spicy), and Tom Yum Soup. Mmmmmmmm so great. ”
“ This little place is like if relaxation became a place. I got the Vietnamese seafood soup and the warm and savory flavors filled my soul. The soup had an extra special ingredient of fried onions which added a super savory flavor. My mouth is watering just looking at my photos again. The place itself was pretty quiet but it seemed that everyone who walked through the door after us, knew exactly what they wanted and had also fallen in love with the place as well. Highly recommend if you need to relax with some wholesome food and relaxing vibes. ”

“ When I visited Colorado I wanted to try different places than the main stream restaurants. Originally I was going to eat at another place in the shopping center but they couldn’t accommodate my family of 10 for almost an hour. So we looked around and found Viet Pho. Now we are very loyal to our pho restaurant in Las Vegas but we decided that it would be good to try. I AM SO HAPPY WE DID! Every thing we ordered was so fresh and tasty. The wait staff was amazing. They treated us like regulars and made sure everyone was happy. We left full and even my picky 8 year old said they deserve 10/10. ”
